      In the News

User concern is borne out by user posts on sites such as SkyUser.co.uk. One writes: "Over a week ago an e-mail from Sky said my previous contacts and messages would be restored within 72 hours and I should call them if they were not. I phoned an advisor after three days and did not get anywhere. She did not have a clue. I have since e-mailed Sky on three occasions and each has only been met with a standard acknowledgement."

      Re: In the News

Now that is a good article but you have to laugh at the comments made by the Sky spokesman, they wouldn't do themselves any halrm by admitting there was more than a problem that affects a "samm number of customers" than problems which seem to hit a load of customers.

      Re: In the News

By the time that article was published it was only a percentage of customers being affected but to be honest Sky really should have just held their hands up on this one. Being honest with customers is a better way of doing things than keep trying to BS them.

You can't possibly defend the indefensible!

I for one hope the 'Sky Broadband Team' never have the cheek to darken the doors of this forum again with their pink and fluffy corporate cobblers!

Perhaps they should have also mentioned that some customers email service was/still is working as it should have been.
