Important Please read: Scheduled Maintenance Notification

Please be advised that from 18th September 1st October between the hours of 11pm and 7am we will be performing significant maintenance affecting all customers in the main Sovereign House suite.

Over this period of time all servers will be moved to new racks that will enable us to maintain our servers in the future with greater ease resulting in a higher level of service for our customers.

As Im sure you can appreciate with an operation of this magnitude there is a highly complex plan of action in place and a timetable drawn up for each rack.

This work has been scheduled outside of core-business-hours to minimise the effect to our customers.

Your server(s) will be affected in the window specified below; if you are unsure as to which server(s) this will affect please login to your account as we have listed the rack locations of the servers that will be moved so that you can manage this effectively.
