      Site problems

We are currently investigating a recurring DB error we have been experiencing today and yesterday, so please don't panic if the site goes off for a minute or 2 this will be the server restarting.

We think a possible cause is MSIE Crawler with 11,020 page views in 2 visits in the last 48 hours. We have now blocked this, so hopefully it won't reoccur

Thank you for bearing with us

I have been trying for almost a week to logon to the http://bband.sky.com/portal/site/skybb/home site but I constantly get the message 'An error has occurred. This portlet is unavailable at this time.'

As A brand new customer, I would like to be able to get my account up and running.

It would appear there must be a problem with Internet House tonight

3 Seperate servers that we use as well as the hosting Companies website have all been down within the last 30 minutes or so

Will try and get an update asap

      Re: Site problems

For some reason, for over the past month or 2, I have tried going on Sky.com - Email & Tools>Tools Page, but then the page just remains blank and doesn't load anything. It does this in all browsers and also on college computers so I know it's not a browser or computer problem.

I am, however, able to access my email through MS Outlook 2007.
