      Well done guy's.

Last month after I finaly got connected, I had a major rant to customer support and told them that the best place to go for support was this forum. I also said "1,000 happy users will form a silent majority. 10 unhappy users will make themselves heard on skyuser.co.uk (and turn an unquantifiable number of potential broadband users toward Richard Branson)."

It probably had nothing to do with their decission but maybe it helped focus their mind on the issue.

I am now happy with the (ADSL) service and get a relativly stable 5Meg connection.
