      So what's the name?
      I suggest Skyuser Squint.

(with an avatar of "Bones" - or whoever
he/she resembles in the Squint Squad.
I would prefer Angela Montenegro but I suspect
      its going to be Zach.)

I'm pretty sure that whoever the official poster from Sky is they won't have all the answers. They'll just be the communication person, part of whose is to keep an eye on this forum and report anything important or interesting to the depts within Sky. LIkewise, if they have something to post it will because the dept within the compnay wants to get a message out to users. I think this is a real step forward - very well done guys.

any type of interaction with this forum from Sky will only mean good news for the members, at least they will know someone from Sky will be reading and taking note.

Re: SkyUser achieves one of it's ultimate aims.

This is music to my ears and well done in pulling it off guys. My previous ISP have their own "in house" forum guro customer service rep and it really does help give confidence that someone is actually listening.

Strangely, in a telephone call to customer relations fairly recently, after I stated my views and advised them to actually look on this (and other forums) to see for themselves just how bad at times things can get (I was highlighting the teribble Tech Support Sky offer..) he stated to me that Sky "were looking into having a kind of feedback monitor for such things"..

Good to see what he said to me is now actually going to be a reality.
      Again - well done guys!

What about those 'unofficial' sky staff that like to remain anonymous ? I wouldn't be too surpised to see them leave now.
