Sky didn't fair much better, only two places above Orange.

All I can say is, other than their bad timing with shipping my router, they've been fine.

I'd rather be third than first though, and remember Orange (formerly Wanado) have had years of practise to get things right.

Sky are supreme compared to Orange.

Sky customers think they've had it bad, you should take a look at the Orange Problems site.

What made me laugh was the bloke from orange saying how good the mobile phone cs was. Well all I can say is Orange Mobile Cust Serv is the worst I have ever faced in any companies CS dept.

The problem orange have at the moment is switching people to their LLU service which doesn't work. No Orange customer can obtain a speed faster than 2.7Mb when on LLU, no matter how close to the exchange you are.

Orange know that their system isn't working but they are still LLU'ing people.

Fortunately for me I've never had to call their Customer Support, but no doubt in the future I will be.

I'm surprised anyone can be worse then sky, their CS is very poor, their Tech is even worse, their connections (in my case) never seem to remain up for more then 15-20 minutes if you can get one. Im guessing the only reason they were not worse is because their users could not get online to fill out the survey.

15 - 20 min disconnections are associated with a minor router bug. Try turning off UPnP on the router page and it should solve your problem.
