      Rate my Sky Broadband - New Survey

      We are about to update the Rate My Sky Broadband Survey for launch on April 1st, (no joking ) If you would like us to pose any question, for a measure of everyone's opinion, please list them in this thread.

      on your last survey, for eaxmple the question about how long you been with sky, is there anyway you can get this to update its self, ie i said i had been with them a month but now ive been with them 3 months, but survey will still say 1 month, or perhaps maybe a member could be allowed to edit his survey results, so they may keep the survey updated?

      The original survey was only supposed to last for one month and then be redone for the next and so on. Due to the problems with the server etc and workloads, we neglected to change it on a monthly basis.

      The new survey, will run from 1st to the end of each month and so would give a more accurate picture on a month by month basis. As for users editing their answers, I can look into that, but I am pretty positive it cannot be done, unless you are an admin (for obvious reasons) otherwise the survey could be manipulated to reflect whatever result a person wanted to show.

      We want to give the members the chance to ask the questions and what they feel need to be known collectively, etc etc. so our results could be used by anyone who wants to make the change.

      I'd like to see a question about:

      Did you receive a faulty router from Sky?

      and a follow up Q:

      If yes - how long did it take them to send a replacement?

      As Sky sent me a router 5 days post activation which was faulty and then it took them another 5days to send a replacement. It would be interesting to see how common this was!
