Ah Nortel, that was the one it refused to play ball with, it should indeed work with CISCO VPNs. Just a shame that they seem to have stopped swwapping routers out for customers using NORTEL tools but then I suppose VPN usage really isn't that residential lol.

Just wanted to let you know that after many phone calls and letters of complaint threatening to cancel all my package, Sky DID send me a Netgeat router...and it works with Cisco VPN!!!! Am still in shock. Thanks so much - you saved me many more months of disappointment! :-)

Surprised they did that due to fault with Netgear power supplies (they were setting power sockets on fire - hence why none are going out)...

Hope your doesn't go up in flames as you've only yourself to blame on kicking off for something not supported by Sky..
