Sagem F@ST 2504 WIFI Connection

Keep losing WiFi connection with router, was using Belkin Wireless Ethernet Adapter (F5D7330uk) had to change security to WEP for the adaptor to work but would not connect, now using a Belkin N wireless USB stick on pc (WEP security),
Also have same problem with Xbox 360, network will drop then reconnect
WEP security used
Is this a local problem? Should I revert back to factory settings?

Any problem with wireless is a 'local problem', the Sky network has nothing to do with wireless. Usually the best first thing to try is changing the channel on the router. Start at channel 13 and work your way down till you find the best one. Resetting the router to factory settings would switch it back to WPA, if you can't use this, there is nothing to be gained.
