Problem using Vigor 2820Vn Router

Hi there,

I have just got a 2820Vn router and I am struggling to get it working with my Sky Broadband.

I have put in the username etc that I got from my Sky router and on the status page it shows the correct up/down speed and gets the DNS servers but it can't negotiate the PPPoA connection.

It comes up with either "no response from remote server" or "PPP Shutdown".

I have cloned the MAC from my Sky router. I'm at a loss now. any ideas?

I assume your in the UK, - have you changed the VPI to 0 and VCI to 38?
