Router resetting, seemingly random

My router has reset the connection twice today for (as far as I can tell) no apparent reason. This is a white v1 router with the official sky firmware update (implemented by them).

I'm doing work over a VPN and this causes a huge inconvenience.

other details:
uPnP disabled
Torrents seeding but very little actual activity or connections
Wireless network in use.

Any ideas are appreciated.
