Sky+Planner
Hi There
I noticed that when the clocks went forward, last weekend. It had the effect of altering all my series recording times in the Sky+ Planner. I informed technical help on this problem, But all I got back was the following info.:-
"It is possible to set your digibox to automatically change channel to a specified programme.
To set this up, simply highlight the programme you wish to view in advance in the TV Guide and press select. This will store this programme in your "Personal Planner" and will display this on the screen.
At the start time for this programme, your Sky box will generate a message on your TV screen reminding you that you wanted to watch it. If you wish the channel to change automatically, simply highlight the programme once it is stored in the personal planner and press the red button on your Sky remote. This will put a red "Autoview" symbol beside the selected program. When the programme starts, the Sky digibox will automatically change to that channel.
Your personal planner can be accessed at anytime by pressing the TV guide button and selecting option 0. By accessing this you can remove programs or set them to "Autoview" accordingly."
It did not answer my question as to how can the BST upgrade stop altering the times in the Planner. I had to change an awful lot of these times one at a time.
Why cant a software upgrade prevent the BST affecting the individual times in the planner?
Any Suggestions
Thanks
Keith
