      Would like help please checking what speed i should be getting ?

      Hi all thanks in advance for any help i have been with sky for a while but my speed has dropped i am wondering what type of speed should i be looking at with these stats

      You definitely have a fault somewhere. With your attenuation you should get 9-10Mb, not the 1.5 you have. Your noise margin is also a bit high which suggests your line has been capped. Can you plug the router into your Test socket, How to test your ADSL in the Master Test Socket Use only a filter and ADSL cable supplied by Sky. Take and post your stats from there.

      If you have an older type of socket without a Test socket, unplug everything you have plugged into the phone circuit and plug the router into your Master socket, again using only the filter and ADSL cable supplied by Sky. Take and post your stats.
