Grrrrr, still having problems

I've tweaked all the tweakable bits, switched off uPnP and tried everything suggested on here - still a crappy connection. I can download things ok, but web pages take forever to open, especially secure ones, and my connection drops every now and them. When browsing the web i still need to rebook the router every 15-20 minutes, yet for some reason downloads seem to go ok. I'm confused!!!

Any ideas? I'm on the verge of cancelling my BB with Sky.

with an attenuation like that you should be able to get the full 15-16mb?

I have e-mailed Sky, they asked me to e-mail them back with my router stats, run a spyware and av program and wait for a phone call......they asked me for convenient times with at least 24 hours notice so I have effectively given them my week's schedule, and now I wait
