Is your router plugged into the master socket or an extension?

Your noise margin is very low, is there any chance you could take the front socket off your master socket, 2 small screws, this faceplate should then pull away, behind there on the right is the test socket. Try plugging your router into the test socket, and recheck your stats. This would then rule out any indoors cabling issues.

no probs let us know what the stats are, if the margin goes up from 4.7 then it is possible the wiring in the house is interfering.

The master is the first socet after the BT wiring enters your home from outside. I hope that helps! All other phones and extensions should originate at this point.
