go into your router http://192.168.0.1/ enter log in sky and password admin and scroll down, click the button marked show statistics and copy and paste the results.

Try following the instructions in the first post to alter your MTU settings. You connecting just short of the maximum possible so that is good.

Try downloading from here: ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/mirror/ftp.fr...md64-disc2.iso

What speeds do you get?

i just ran the largest mtu and it stated that i could move my bar to 15000, should i m ove the bar to 15000 now and leave it there?

No there is a little box below the slider bar, marked MTU. I am doing this from memory as not at home. If that is set to 1500 then no change is needed.
try the download and see what speeds you get.

i just tried the download and it was nero 7, think you must of give me the wrong one. il try another speed test and see what i get
