I cannot log in at the moment as it goes through the motions but does not log me on I have tried the left login and tiop login in IE7 & Opera 8.

I'm using IE7RC1 and using the top log in.

try using the box on the top middle of the home page here

have moved the login to make it a bit more obvious, and will try to find how to remove the top log in me thinks

I have tested on IE6 FF and Opera and not had any probs whatsoever, so we need to find the culprit

All the forums I use apart from this one either do not time out and have the login fields on the top of each page so that I can use Roboform to get me signed on with the least effort if I get signed out for any reason

For your information: I use DigitalSpy that is also powered by vbulletin without any problem using the same browser and settings I have DS open in a tab all the time and never get logged off.

Hope that helps with your diagnostics.

can i ask if you are using www.skyuser.co.uk or skyuser.co.uk as a url?

I have tried and tried to replicate this and cant :-(

Laptop, PC, other PC and 3 x seperate PC's at work using IE6 FF Opera and cannot reproduce this at all - really getting on my nerves now

Have you got a firewall that filters persistent cookies?

Dont worry we will find out and sort, just easier if i could reproduce
