      New packages

      I believe sky are still the only provider who offer this.

      No re-routing required. The caller ID these scams use is usually fake as they are spoofing the CLI (the number you see on caller ID displays) because they often use VoIP systems from abroad.

      They must come in through a VOIP to POTS system somwhere. So the caller ID is spoofed before that transition?
