      Thanks Scubbie for a quick reply.
      I've no idea what happened between yesterday and later today, my end or site end.

      Tried Edge but there are things like Java not well supported yet.

      Updated 3 computers here, and all of many prongs run ok, but would have been glad to stick with 7.

      No problem.

      If Ged does have any plans to change the forum software I know that you'll be one of the people that he'll contact.

      A lot of add-ons are currently being blocked by various browsers for different reasons (thinking of Silverlight here). Should Java be blocked on many I'm sure this will make changing things here a priority.

      I actually stopped using IE when it upgraded to 9 or 10. The same issues I saw earlier were present with those versions. The crashing was something new.
