Hi Beemer,

you can start a new thread by going to the home page, click the forums button which brings up a list of all the forums.
look down the list for what forum may be best (i.e sky broadband help / router stats / asking for help / ect. ect)
click the forum you think is correct, then the sub forum as needed, this will show a list of all threads and at the top and bottom of the page there is a new thread button
