Follow the instructions elsewhere in the forum (I think you are saying you have done this) but it does work

With an IMAP inbox opened you click on [EDIT] on menu bar and select [Purge deleted items] to remove messages that have a 'strike-through'

otherwise they will disappear in a few days (when full Sync is done on web folders)

Dont understand how you get IMAP only to work with SKY's POP3 email

So you don't get the 'Test settings successful' email generated by Outlook?

That is strange as it tested OK

I will do some searching on the forums etc. and let you know if I find anything

Re: Ask away

Yes

The manual must have been printed very early on before Sky decided on the final specifications.
