Did you notice the new T/C 'sting'?

      Hi,

Got a new notification from SKY this morning about contracts.

Hidden away at the bottom of the small print under Subscription Payments - after the change to 31days notifications for any change involving a reduction to the Sunscription Payment is this little 'sting'.

'We can charge a reasonable administration fee if you wish to change your Service. We will let you know the amount of any fee in advance'.

I have a feeling this may have always been there - as only the advance warning is in bold as a change. I am just wondering if anyone had incurred this charge. Certainly when I dropped Sky Sports a year or so ago there was no extra charge.

      Cheers

      James

oh dear, i bet it means hd pack or sports/movies have new minimum terms, or they might let you downgrade before 1 month?

It certainly means I would want to know up front what the charge would be for downgrading after the contract period ended :-((

      Cheers
