Do you have to pay to call Sky?

I am on the full sky package....talk, broadband and vision. I have been having trouble with my broadband recently , which required me to ring sky 08442 410 515 for assistance. I am on sky talk everyday. which i thought would give me free calls to them for help. I,ve just had my bill and they are charging me for the calls to them, 7.00 +. Anyone know wether this is correct?

No all calls to Sky if you have Sky Talk are free, you will have to ring up and query it.

re: Do you have to pay to call Sky?

The wording for the Free package is
Free calls to Sky's contact centres as part of your inclusive Sky Talk time
I would take this to mean it is free during the time you get free calls.

      The wording for Unlimited is
Enjoy inclusive FREE calls to all Sky Contact Centres
      No mention of time.
