Document not found error messages

I keep getting the following message when trying to enter various forum, it takes a few refreshes before getting into the said forum although I can't get into General Chat, General Computer or Sky & Sky TV at all.

Has somebody unplugged something

Not Found
The requested document was not found on this server.
