      Help please

      Hello
      Can you help
      Activation should have been 08/09/06
      This is tracking result.
      Tried contacting customer support and can't even get through.
      Is this normal for sky?
      Any advice please.

      Hi skymick and welcome to skyuser.co.uk - sorry to hear you are having problems with your voyage to Sky. Sky are having delays from BT on connecting people on due dates.

      We are not Sky - we are an unofficial support site and so cannot directly give you any answers. I have noticed that you have posted this 2 other times in other threads, bear with us, someone hopefully will give you an answer soon.

      In the meantime have you spoken to Sky to chase it up?

      I did try to phone sky but got message saying there was a technical fault.
