      Misleading Information.

      Why do you not Call back?
      Why do complaints only get handled by Post?

      If Sky had showed a willingness to show me help and support, and not make me wait a month or more to wait on a reply from a Letter, I would not be in a position where I'm convincing friends, family, colleagues, neighbours to cancel.

      Two Fax's to Customer Care, also dissapear yet I have Fax number Confirmed to me twice.

      Why can you not speak Directly to Customer Care?

      Why, when speaking with OFCOM, they inform me that Sky has one of this Countrys Highest rights of Complaints?

      I'm sick of hearing "on behalf of Sky, I apologise"
      I know your Sorry, but what are you doing about it "er nothing, write in"

      Why o Why o Why!!!


      I've entered into a 12 month contract after being mislead by a Sales Team employee, who when I told I wasn't sure, offered me a months piece of mind to cancel, due to fact hes a liar concerned on losing a sale, why has sky done nothing about this?

      Speak to the staff is a section for our members to speak to the staff of SkyUser, we are nothing to do with Sky, BSkyB or anything else related to Sky.

      SkyUser is an unofficial support site, run by its members, to help other members, who have Sky products.

      So I am sorry but we cannot answer any of your questions.
