Talking I need your help !

Sky newbie here guys just getting to grips with the sky + recording feature which i find very confusing - probably me just being stupid .lol

recorded a box office movie onto my planner the other day. i know that box office movies are deleted after 7 days if not watched and 24 hours when watched but i started to watch the movie and after 10 mins playback stopped for whatever reason. phoned sky contact centre and they then booked it over the phone for me . just concerned i would be charged twice as i know you get charged once you start watching a movie. a few questions.

      1. even if i watch or partially watch a recorded box office movie do i still have 24 hours to watch the movie again and again even though it shows up as 'viewed' in my planner ?

      2. if i book a box office movie through the contact centre do i have 24 hours to watch repeats of the same movie if its repeated at different times within those 24 hours or do i have to watch the movie at the time it was booked for me. for eg if it was booked for 19.00 can i choose to watch a later showing - lets say at 22.00 if its repeated that evening ? can i record a box office movie if its booked through the contact centre ?

      3. What are the viewing rules in relation to recording non box office programmes onto my planner - can i watch the programme again at a later time once it has been watched and shows up as 'viewed' on my planner ? do i have the same 24 hours time limited to watch it or can i keep it long term on my planner as its not a box office event or film ?.

      thanks for your help

I am not sure about your Box office query, but normal Programs in your Planner, including movies, can be watched as often as you like whenever you like. There are some movies which are only available for a given time, but these are shown in the information panel with the date they will be deleted.. Something to do with licensing I think.
