Hi its when the box calls sky and tests the phone line is working ok its in settings but I have forgot how to do it.

It doesn;t call back just checks that it can dial out.

One way of doing a manual callback is - Services - 4 - 0,1 select. Telephone Settings - Dial Prefix - Enter 1470 - Save new setings.

I thought it actually looked for a voltage on the phone line as when something went pop at the exchange on our line we couldn't get a call out but the boxes were saying that the line was connected.
