      If you are getting the same results with 2 different routers and have had so many visits from BTO, it looks like your only option left is to tell Sky as you are getting no satisfaction with your complaints, you want to leave without penalty and go to another ISP.

      tbh i think this what i will have to do, its gottent to a point were its a joke that it hasent been fixxed yet, after one month they are unable to diagnose a problem, the peopleo n the phone are friendly and trying to be helpfull but it feels like nothing is getting done about the problem
