    SKY Broadband Homepage

      SKY Broadband Homepage

      I have now been connected by BT and im receiving a speed of 10meg.

      The problem I am having now is when I try log into the homepage it just loops back to the same page adn asks me to log in again.

      I called sky and asked for a password reset as the one I received in the post was not working, they advised that there is a problem with the page and this has been happening for some time with no ETA of a fix.

      Am I the only one having this problem or is this a know fault?

      My email address will stop with NTL on the 11th October and I want to get my new SKY email address up and running.

      It is a known fault. It seems to work for some and not for others you can find more in the email forum. Congrats on being connected though

      You should be able to set it up on outlook with the information in the email forum

      Sky Portal Login

      I can sometimes log in to the portal but 90% of the time cannot. I have kept my old web mail address for the time being.

      Yes, common problem.

      I have not been able to log in to set up e-mails from Day one. (About 1st week in September)

      On a positive note: My outages are less, speed is increasing all the time and I am now on a wireless connection, when I have had to be plugged directly into the Router to get any semblence of a service before.

      They are obviously working away into the wee small hours.........

      Thanks for the speedy responce, I have now managed to access my email. Just need to sort out my wifes and childs address, I will keep trying to access the site daily.

      go to http://www.mysky.com/

      and go to view additional users. Then select set up an additional user. the first email you enter is irrelivant the username on the second page will be their sky email.

      This seems to only affect Firefox.

      I tried again using IE and it worked fine. But it's so sluggish I gave up.
