cancelling

Hi All

I have had sky broadband for over 2 years now & am looking to move,,, however as they recently changed BB packages to sky mid, sky max, etc,,, does that mean I'm tied to them for another 12 months since I missed the deadline that they stated that cust can cancell without occuring any costs, as am looking to move to o2 asap but need to be clear that I don't have sky on my back saying I need to stick with them further or pay up to cancell...

Thx.

Re: cancelling

Changing packages should not start another 12 month contract.

Just request your MAC code and give it to O2.
