      complaints email address?

      Can anyone supply me with an email address I can email my complaint/ query to? I tried using the form on the site but it only allows 1000 characters, which isn't enough to describe the issue

      Yes, I've tried speaking to them 4/5 times but they are incapable of sorting out my very simple issue.

      Shame, I've had no problems with Sky for several years until now

      Use the online form, they will email you back normally and you can then give them the whole information without limitations.
      Want to actually say what the issue is they cannot resolve?

      PaulSky/anyone else who's interested, I hereby paste my mumblings for your information/amusement;

      Dear Sky customer services,

      I write to you in desperation that you can solve this issue, I’ve just called your services department to request to speak to a manager but then got cut off.

      Firstly, let me describe the situation as simply as possible;

      Back in early March I had some work done on my house by a building company. Unfortunately, during this work they accidentally knocked my sky dish which resulted in a loss of some channels on my sky+ box. The company agreed that they would pay the cost of repair to the dish.

      I spoke to Sky and agreed to pay the 65 fixed fee repair, and after a few days an engineer visited and replaced the LNB and checked all channels I had been missing had returned. I have since spoken to Sky to request a letter of confirmation, detailing the cost and reason for the repair fee. This is what the building company requested as proof to allow them to reimburse me.

      I have requested this letter 4 (possibly 5) times now, but have still not received anything. Most recently I did receive a letter explaining how to access my bill via my TV or through my PC – I have to assume this was as a result of one of my requests for a letter due to the opening line of “Thanks for getting in touch about your sky account” but unfortunately this is useless to me as not what I asked for.

      I have great difficulty in establishing why this is so difficult. One of your representatives has admitted that there is no standard pre-written letter along the lines of what I’m after, and that a letter would have to be manually written. If this is a problem then I am happy to write this letter for you which you can then sign and print on your letterheaded paper?

      Another easy solution to this that you may want to consider is to credit my account with 65, given the apparent difficulty this issue is generating for both of us, this may be a more cost effective solution?

      A letter? They couldn't send you an invoice for repairs? Dear lord no wonder we get so many complaints.

      I am sorry, but it is not clear from your email what your enquiry is in connection with.
