      I got one of them, after putting something similar, replied and got an auto generated response asking me to use a webform!!??

      ok any advice here? - 2 weeks later and still no reply from CS by email?

      I'd love to call up and threaten cancellation but I still want the service.....unfortauntely I'm not in a Virgin cable area else I would've swtiched already....

      Can't understand how they can be so crap at dealing with something so simple

      Ring the normal CS number and ask to be transfered to customer relations, explain you emailed them 2 weeks back and have yet to even receive a reply. It's not good enough by a long way.

      "Customer Relations don't take this type of call"...apparantly.

      Nice girl Ashley said there's no note on my account about this whatsoever (despite 5 calls and 2 emails) so she assured me she's now logged this problem properly. She can't speak to anyone as email is the only way, she's emailed the billing team to again ask for an invoice, and told me to call back in 3 days.

      Fingers crossed. Just thinking what to ask for in compensation when (if) it is all finally resolved...

      Oh my god, I hate sky so much. Love watching the telly but the company has no idea! How hard is it??? They are a huge company with so many employees and yet cant deal with such simple requests!!!

      My complaint today is about Paul in Account Management, why he is sooooo rude, sarcastic and in his own words 'Over Elaborating his words!

      I'm not stupid, just having money problems like most of us!!!

      Complaints about Sky can be made directly to their directors, be prepared for aremovedexec assistant but these email addresses are valid and will generate a response:

      jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com (Chief Executive and Executive Director)
      andrea.zappia@bskyb.com (Managing Director, Customer Group)
      mike.darcey@bskyb.com (Chief Operating Officer)

      Yes, the Exec Support Team will respond and many of our members have had great results using this method. Remember clearly state the problem and how you would like it to be resolved. And always speak how you would like to be spoken to.... it goes a long way.

      You could also call and ask the agent to raise a general enquiry for you.

      Customer relations should take the call if a GE is raised.

      Doesn't work like that.

      Anything that sounds remotely like a complaint should have a GE raised anyway for Ofcom compliance, but it doesn't necessarily mean Customer Relations will pick it up and call the customer back.
