very slow connection

Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 1952 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 46 db 12 db
Noise Margin 7 db 21 db

done test as above been with sky for three weeks mostly getting just 0.4M if lucky only after a two hour call to sky cst did i get to 2.4M now i'm dropping to 0.1M
can anyone help please!!!

I think it is time that Sky used their 'clout' to get the Connect problems sorted out. It would obviously have to be done from a much higher level than the CST, who are no doubt doing the best they can. As it is BT (and Sky) are taking money under false pretences.

I have done a shed load of investigation work with regards to the whole thing, and as Isitme has said CST are very much tied up with the whole things as well, I am on the connect and my connection is getting turned over as well. I would love to go into work and do something to fix my connection, there is nothing there for me to do this.

So its not just you guys also sky staff have the same problem as well. Maybe something will be done with regards to this. When this is you tell me.

If it's all the time then peak time congestion isn't the problem.

How is your PC connected? Wireless? If so, try a wired connection to see if it is a wireless problem.
