Telephone Queues

I have recently joined Sky from Virgin and have had to phone their helpline a few times concerning various problems. I have never known telephone queues as long as Sky ... the other night I was in a queue for over 20 minutes and when I finally got through to them they said it was the wrong number and gave me another number to phone

I have no complaints at all regarding the staff being helpful, as they have all been fantastic .. but its the length of time it takes to get through that I am complaining about. Surely with a company as big as Sky something could be done to improve this!

Re: Telephone Queues

The main number to call in for tech etc is 08442 410 515, if you are a sky talk customer the number is a free call. Some nights the queues are bad but on others customers get through very quickly, there have been a few BT Offnet issues this week which have ramped the call numbers up a bit.

Re: Telephone Queues

If you think SKY is bad...try BT they are even worse
you wait for about 15-20mins then get to talk to someone in india
they don't know what you are talking about SO they put you though to someone else
Then that person don't know what you are on about SO they pass you on again
Then to top it all They tell you the person you need to speak to is on holiday, ill, or Training somewhere and won't be back for a few days.....COULD YOU RING BACK IN A FEW DAYS..... altogether you have been on the phone about an hour to be told to ring back. LOL
