I dont think this matters, i think if you are quoted a speed, you would expect that speed, people are still being told information that just isnt true

alot of ISP's offer free router, free routers that actually work with their wireless adapter, theres no point in having a free wireless router that doesnt connect with the wireless adapter you have either inside ur laptop or plugged to ur usb, then couple this with calling up tech to tell them that you cant connect your wireless and be told that "sorry sir/madam, we dont support that adapter, however if you would like to buy a supported adapter from ourselves for £29.99, then we can do something about your non wireless connection
