Sky replacement router problem

Ill explain the situation then tell me if there is anything I can do.

Got a replacement router for sending out on Mon 25th Feb by Fri 29th feb i was told it would be here Tues 4th March.

No router arrives turns out beacuase I appartantly havent recieved the 1st router I am using to connect with, it caused the system to cancel it.

So I will now not see router till at least next Tuesday.

Is there anything I can do seeing as it their mistake?

try calling and give them the mac address of your router, the system wont send out a replacement unless full details of original router are there to go over and sometimes have seen the details not on system so had to call cust to get the mac address and confirm serial number, enter into system and replacement can go out.

I will not phone them anymore complete waste of time. Even if I did give them my mac address I still wont see my replacement till next week.

Ring them tomorrow (or today) and ensure that one is on the way, otherwise you could well end up in this situation again next week; some people will say anything to get you off the phone

Well ive checked and have been promised router will be here on Friday 14th. That will be 3 weeks waiting for a replacement.

Havent a clue what im going do if this one gets cancelled.
