      Cancelling direct debit

Sky are collecting money from my bank account for a broadband service they do not seem capable of providing. I now use another broadband provider.
Unfortunately, I also use Sky's TV package so I am scared to cancel it in case they disconnect the TV service. Any suggestions as to how I stop Sky from taking the fee for broadband which they do not provide?

If you were still in contract then you will have to pay for the balance of the 12 months remaining.
Did you tell Sky you were moving to another ISP, and get a MAC from them?
