Re: Discovery & Eurosport channels etc.,

      Good news anyway.

All the 'Love' mentioned in their responses...
That may be the new sky brand ad slogan then, 'Sky Love TV', not believe in better.
The news about PBS America will be popular, many people have been asking for that.

Sky boss Stephen van Rooyen told the media:
We are pleased that we will continue to carry the Discovery and Eurosport channels on Sky.
The deal has been concluded on the right terms after Discovery accepted the proposal we gave them over a week ago. This is a good outcome for all Sky customers.
      A Discovery spokesman said:
The deal we reached with Sky is meaningfully better than our former agreement and their proposal. Furthermore, our new arrangement enables us to control our destiny in more ways, with even more opportunities to invest and launch channels and consumer services.

Talking Re: Discovery & Eurosport channels etc.,

I'm not surprised there was a "last minute deal" - both sides had a lot to lose.

      Let me express my happiness:

Congrats and thanks to whoever brokered the agreement.

Moonshiners Wednesday night was hilarious, the funniest thing I've seen in a long time, and to think I may not have been able to watch it (tasting the absinthe part).

I'm a happy Sky customer again.

It's Friday and all the fuss should be over. I've just been made aware of the following video which does contain a lot of swear words, so please don't watch it if you're offended.

      (apologies in advance)
