      Great value for money (not)

Noticed on Discovery Turbo yesterday, they were showing back to back episodes of 'Fantom Works' for a good part of the day and evening. 'Great' I thought, as I'd only watched 4 or 5 episodes previously, so added them all to the planner. What I didn't realise till I went through them this morning, is that they were the same 4-5 episodes continually repeated throughout the day and evening. What a joke. Repeats are nothing new to any network, but this beggers belief

These kind of days are always repeats of previous episodes.
Occasionally they put a new episode on the final showing at the end of the repeat cycle but I've not heard of them reshowing (is that a word?) the same episodes twice or more in the same day.
But I never watch any Discovery channels so this might be a common occurrence...
For actual documentaries I prefer the BBC or PBS.

Yep, that's what they did alright. I do like it when they do proper season marathons though......a great way to catch up, and store for later viewing. I agree on PBS, they show some very interesting and unique stuff on there.

Put something like Comedy Central on and you can watch the same 6 episodes of a comedy 3 times in a day.

I'd do just that if it was Charlie Brookers' wipe programmes.
