Call Waiting & Caller Display issue....

I have an annoying problem. I have both Caller Display and Call Waiting on my account. Both work independently however if I am on the phone and someone tries to ring me, I receive the call waiting tone but I can not see who is actually calling me, so I have to hang up and dial 1471 to get the last caller.

This has worked 100% flawlessly in the past however I'm not sure if it stopped working after moving from Talk Talk to Sky. Can anyone advise on how to get round this issue?

You have to enable these services -Caller display - Sky Help: Caller display

and Call waiting Sky Help: Call waiting and switching between calls

I don't know if you have the facility to see who is on the second call, but most modern phones will have a function which remembers the last call.

Caller display is free but Caller waiting carries an extra monthly charge. The full list of features and charges can be found here-

Re: Call Waiting & Caller Display issue....

Thanks for the reply. I have mentioned that I have both services on my account and both work independently of each other where as before I could see who was calling me on caller display whilst I was on the phone. This no longer works, and the only thing that's changed is my service provider as I haven't changed my handset.
