Sorry to hear of your troubles, I have ordered BB too but the activation date has not been reached yet so I hope it goes OK!
I also found the calls to Sky can be expensive until you switch to Sky Talk so If it's useful for anyone in future I found a freefone number for Sky. 0800 046 6434.

Well I sent off a complaint letter off to Jeremy and rung Sky CS today to ask if my family + friends discount is still applied.
I asked them about the BB order and said it was stuck. They will give me a ring on Tuesday to let me know about the progression and was escalated to a manager.

I got a call back, although it wasn't from ringing the CS.
It was from a lady that was ringing on behalf of Jeremy.
This was on Monday and she said she would send out the router on Tuesday, which i received today.
Got home from work today and it had arrived.
The lady also said she would liaise with BT to get the activation date brought forward from the 24/05/2011.
They were brilliant and brought the date forward to 18/05/2011. Which is TODAY.
Plugged it all in and internet was working instantly, Currently on 4meg capped but hopefully DLM should start soon.
