Re: Bill Dispute +Thus PLC

Many thanks for your replies. I'm recovering from spinal surgery and wasn't able to log on, i am sorry.

We're just about 99.9% sure nobody else has used our phone. Since a fire in the house we are living upstairs while everywhere else gets decorated, somebody would have to physically get past us to use the phone. And anyway, at the time these calls took place my carer was bathing me, but obviously the calls have been made.

Sky Talk tell me they cannot bar premium rate numbers but the local Trading Standards said they could. Two emails to Sky Talk and they've ignored both of them.

Again, thanks for your help.

I'm sure from my experience that Thus PLC is related to Paypal and Ebay.

Re: Bill Dispute +Thus PLC

I have an entry on my Sept bill for £8 being a premium rate call to Thus - 09061570129 . Like others I have never had reason t call Thus PLC. I have emailed Sky asking for an explanation.

Re: Bill Dispute +Thus PLC

I know that Thus Plc used to be ScottishTelecom which originally branched off from Scottish Power Telecommunications. Thus Plc used to (and may still) rate some SkyTalk calls (although they are actually billed by Sky). This is the connection with Thus Plc I would say. The reason that "Thus Plc" is appearing on your bills may be that their rating system does not contain a label (description) for these numbers and rather than leave this blank on your bills it is substituting "Thus Plc".

I hope this is of some help.
