Does Sky Bill include VAT

I am self-employed and would like to claim back the VAT on my phone bills. On-line bills do not show VAT number?
Does anyone know if the subscriptions and call charges include VAT./

afaik You will have to request a Paper VAT Bill from Sky, I remember someone else asked ages ago and that was the only way possible at that time.

I'm not sure on phone calls but I know Sky Broadband is registered in Luxembourg, I seem to think Sky Talk is the same, so you pay Luxembourg VAT and I don't know if you can claim that back.

Sky are not alone in charging Luxembourg VAT rates. eBay is the same and AFAIK you can claim it back the same as you can UK VAT.

^^^ True, and I could be wrong about claiming back Luxembourg VAT. I noticed eBay's policy is that you apply for exemption from the VAT charge with your UK VAT number when you register as a business seller. As Ice100k says, this will not apply with Sky as a domestic service.
