    Seperate Sports 1 & 2 subscriptions

This is a discussion on Seperate Sports 1 & 2 subscriptions within the Sky Sports forums, part of the Sky TV Channels category; I didn't think that these upgrades were still available but it appears they are: Sky TV Upgrades - Get more ...

Sky TV Upgrades - Get more digital TV and watch in high definition - Upgrade online

It's seemingly impossible to find that page via links on the website, but it can easily be found with a google search.

Whichever one you pick, they throw in SS5 too for 13 per month on a rolling 1 month contract.
So folks only interested in premier league football can pay 13 for SS1 & SS5 for the 9 months of the season instead of 25.50 for the full sports bundle.

      *edit*
Although the page states 'minimum 12 month contract', it has been confirmed that there's no 12 month tie-in.

Interestingly on the same page under FAQ "How do I receive Sky Sports F1?" it states:
To receive Sky Sports F1 HD you'll also need Sky Entertainment Extra+ and the HD Pack.
Does such a package still exist?

No, not even a legacy package will still have that name.

I've come across several old sky.com pages using google search before & just assumed everything will be unavailable / out of date.
With this one though it has been confirmed to be valid by somebody who's gone through the process.
They phoned sky afterwards to check the contract length were told it's a rolling 1 month affair.

25.50 for the full Sky Sports package makes BT Sports look grotesquely overpriced at 23.99.
