Good. That rules out a few things and also means that any 'testing' anyone does is with the same firmware.

Thank you. Also please don't misunderstand an unanswered PM to one of the Community Team. I am not making excuses for them, but I know that sometimes it can take a while for any PMs to be answered. The friendliest and most often quickest way is to use the '@Mentions' system on the Sky forums. I know too that sometimes an individual staff member might be away (understandably most don't visit when their work day finishes) or assigned to a specific area different to what they were responding to previously. Things have improved considerably though.

I've tried 4 times for the Brazilian Grand prix and failed again. This time I'm able to backup out to a black screen no audio then a channel change brings back audio but no picture. Reset box by pulling power cord. I have filmed it again of interested

Could you post the details from the first two lines in the System Details page please lettice?

It is strange but good that yours is working fine.

Re: Sky f1 hd red button crashes box

      Model Number - R010.070.58.13p
      Version 4f3108

Never had a problem ever with this for the three or so years its been on sky f1 like this.
Did have another thought for Pete to try, try on the the sd f1 channel also, not only 407

Just contacted another couple of friends I know who watch sky f1, one has a drx890 and the other a 2tb box all fine. All have 13p as they can view photos.
I have just asked in the f1 broadcasting forum I follow for anyone having any problems, noone has.
