      Unhappy Unable to record, pause and watch planner, tried all the resets help please😞

      Hi I am unable to watch my planner, pause or record.
      I have tried the following:
      turn off at wall
      reset holding back up button
      reset using left and right arrows
      permantly deleting all planner, and trying planner rebuild/reboot
      going into engineer settings and doing system reset
      Taking card out and cleaning it
      tried my card in an old white plus box, still the same

      i am getting message 10-7 "Live pause unavailable, upgrade your sky+ subscription"

      any help would be much appreciated thank you

      Looks like there is a problem with your card or the box. All you can do is call Sky and report it or use the Contact Us form.

      You may have difficulty at the moment as the site is not allowing sign in.

      Ive got a similar problem. Suddenly my sky box wont record pause rewind etc. Starting to think that sky are making older hardware obsolete with new updates to force people to upgrade to sky q

      Is it the same problem? Are you getting an error message? Have you tried using the buttons on the box instead of the remote?

      As Sky have very recently updated the software on the SkyHD+ boxes, I doubt very much they are trying to make them obsolete, yet! Have you had the latest update?
