Subtitles
I am a bit hard of hearing some of the sound quality is poor I have pressed the help button on my remote and selected the subtitles on but nothing happens and no subtitles is this to do with audio menu.

It could depend on what you are watching. Not all the programmes have subtitles.
just in case, could you also confirm which STB you are using please?

That is fine. I was concerned in case there was a new issue with the New EPG for the Sky+ HD STBs.

I have used many different channels and there has been no subtitles on any of them could there be some adjustment in the audio menu to be made.
