      Sky offering a cash refund

People often complain about Sky and for many varied reasons. Today a letter arrived from Subscriber Services offering a cash refund on an outstanding credit of about 10. That seems very helpful and friendly as I didn't ask or expect one. However the letter is addressed to a Miss M***** who was indeed a tenant of the property before it was redeveloped into apartments. This means Miss M*****'s credit dates back from pre-2004 and Sky's offer of a cash refund has taken a full 10 years to materialise. Now that is some achievement managing to keep the balls in the air for 10 years. Is this likely to be a record even for SKY?

Re: Sky offering a cash refund

When Sky changed from Gmail to Yahoo email. Sky gave me 200 compensation for my inconveniance when they lost one of my email accounts. I did send all email headers from bounced email sent to the lost account, maybe that helped them sort the problem.
