Sky cancelled new install, Why?
Hi everyone,
I ordered Sky HD last week and they gave me an install date which was yesterday (Monday 9th) I waited for the engineer and my other sky card to arrive as I have ordered multiroom. Postie came and no second card so I phoned Sky, was passed to 5 different advisors and on phone for an hour, then they told me that Sky had cancelled my contract, she read me a statement but would not give me a reason why, she said that some would contact me but I am still waiting. Asked for my advance payment refund, was told that I could ask for that when someone contacts me. What really gets me is that I lost a days pay because I am self-employed and they could not be bothered to ring or send an email to say that the install would not be going ahead.
Has anyone else had this problem or know why they cancelled? Advice please kids are going mad…
